Started with one stylist for a while a couple years ago. Bought the platinum membership. Stylist was excellent! When stylist was unavailable for a period of time, had an awful experience with another stylist. My roots were unchanged. Called and was put on phone with rhis stylist who had a rude tone and said if I wanted to pay more, she would book an appt. Didn't go back or use all of platinum rewards. There is no engagement or committment to customers from my experience.
