Bridal Arena at 7822 Squirrel Hollow Drive, Georgetown, Texas.

When I went to my initial appointment she had someone else show up whose appointment she forgot about. The house was a bit disorganized and messy, but I didn't think much of it considering how cheap she was. When I went to pick my dress up a week later it had a large stain on the back. She responded that she assumed I knew about it because it had to be there before I dropped it off. Since the dress was opened at her house that was obviously not true. Instead of calling to say the dress had been stained, or attempting to clean the dress, she continued to blame me for the mysterious stain. I did not like how rude she was, her lack of professionalism, or the way she forgot about my second appointment. I would not recommend Bridal Arena for anyone!
