Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales at 3304 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas.

Well it started out good but ended bad. They upgraded the wrong phone, overcharge us on the phone and put the Insurance on the wrong phone. They deactivated my husbands phone instead so I called the store and told them what happened they said they wwould have to switch out his sim card with the new phones sim card to fix the issue. I’m the meantime he borrow a coworkers phone to call Verizon corporate to have them reactivate it. It was one mess up after another. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
